Simien Mountains - Ghenek - Buzzards An immature (white) and adult (dark) Augur Buzzard (Buteo Rufofuscus) are attacking each other in flight. I was quite excited that I was able to shoot a series of photos of this occurrence. It seems that both buzzards saw the same prey, probably a rat, and then they attacked each other. An immature (white) and adult (dark) Augur Buzzard (Buteo Rufofuscus) are attacking each other in flight. I was quite excited that I was able to shoot a series of photos of this occurrence.
