Fès - Bab Boujeloud (Morocco)
Fès, emperor city number 3. We stay in the old town, founded by Idris I in 809 and therefore the oldest medieval city in the Islamic world. Baba Boujeloud is the entry gate to the medina, a criss-cross of small streets with craftsmen and traders.
