Konso - King From Arba Minch we went further south to visit the tribes. Our first stop was the city Karat-Konso with its many villages of the Konso tribe. There are nine clans spread over 30 villages and each village is autonomous and is governed by a council of elders. If there are any major disputes or problems then the Konso-king is there to rescue. <br /> <br /> King Kala Gezahegn Weldedawit lives with his family in a small village and we had the opportunity to go visit him and it have an interesting conversation with him.
