Kisima - Samburu moran (warrior) (Kenya)

The elder men, called mzee, have the power, but the most attention goes to the warriors who are called moran. They wear a colorful cloth that is wrapped around their waist. They adorn themselves with necklaces, bracelets and anklets and they color their hear using red ochre. They practice polygynous marriage and a man may have multiple wives. Especially the moran often have many girlfriends.
