La Selva - Red-eyed tree frog (Costa Rica)

A wonderful red-eyed tree frog (agalychnis callidryas) in the nature reserve of La Selva Biological station during a night tour with a guide. This noctural tree frog has red eyes with vertically narrowed pupils, orange feet and a vibrant green body with yellow and blue vertically striped sides. They are active at night and they eat crickets, moths, flies, and other insects.
