Ulgii - Golden Eagle Festival - Ashol-Pan (Mongolia)

This is Ashol-Pan a 13 year old lovely girl but also fantastic eagle huntress. She even won the contest against all tough men, including her father. These young people will help to keep their cultural heritage alive. During this festival a big part of the film 'The Eagle Huntress' was recorded by director Otto Bell. This documentary film was released in 2016 and tells the story of Ashol-Pan.
