Kabini - Bonnet macaque baby (India south)
When we arrived back at the lodge after the safari we noticed that there a bonnet macaque female (Macaca radiata) was carrying and nursing a newborn baby. Other members of this monkey family came to look at the cute newborn baby. Afterwards the mother ate the placenta.
