Mysore - Palace (India south)
Mysore is the second largest city in the state of Karnataka with 740,000 inhabitants. Mysore is known for its many palaces and is therefore also called 'City of Palaces'. We visited the magnificent Palace of the Maharajah, a mix of Hindu and Muslim style, built at the end of the 19th century. It is one of the largest palaces in India.
