Hageland by night - Coronation Chapel in Averbode The beautiful Coronation Chapel in Averbode was renovated a couple of years ago and it is located in the forest on top of a hill opposite the abbey. It is very dark in the evening, but by being creative with a couple of LED lights I have been able to make following images. In 1910 the statue of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart was crowned in the Abbey of Averbode. Two years later in 1912, this neo-Gothic Coronation Chapel was built. Stefan Cruysberghs

The beautiful Coronation Chapel in Averbode was renovated a couple of years ago and it is located in the forest on top of a hill opposite the abbey. It is very dark in the evening, but by being creative with a couple of LED lights I have been able to make following images.
