San Gerardo de Dota - Green spiny lizard A female green spiny lizard in San Gerardo de Dota, a valley with cloudforests in Talamanca mountains in Costa Rica. The green spiny lizard has  bright green colors, with males typically being more striking than females. They grow from 15 to 20 cm in length.
