Andasibe - Indri with baby The indri (Indri indri) is the largest living lemur and they live in the lowland and montane forests of a small part of the east coast of Madagascar. It is a very special animal but it can be easily seen in the rainforests of Andasibe and Mantadia. They can reach nearly 120cm and they weigh between 6 and 9.5kg.
